Automatic PU foam aerosol filling machine based on QGQ 750

The line consists of following machines:

1. Aerosol cans arranging machine
   The machine is droved by an ex proof motor for the cans transportation and positioning, with this machine, there will be no squeezed cans, blocked cans or inverted cans. The speed can be adjusted freely and steplessly.
   • Overall size: 1500 х 850 х 980 mm
2. Automatic liquid filling machine with 4 heads
   Is provided with 4 liquid filling heads, two for MDI and two for blend, all are under pneumatic control, main pneumatic control devices are imported from Italy. It features that no material is charged in absence of aerosol cans.
   • Amount of each filling head : 10-250 ml
   • Total filling volume: 40-1000 ml
   • Filling precision: ± 1%
   • Filling speed: 25-30 cans/min
   • Cans diameter: 35 -70 mm
   • Cans height: 70-330 mm
3. Automatic sealing and gas filling machine with 4 heads
   Is provided with a sealing head, 4 gas filling heads, 2 for filling DME, 2 for LPG. 2 booster pumps, as well a gas storage tank with an energy accumulator; full pneumatic control with main pneumatic components are imported from Italy or Japan. It has the feature that guiding devices are provided at both capping head and inflating heads. Good capping quality, little leakage of gas inflating. Advise: to built the filling room, to enhance security and reduce risk of explosion.

   • Total filling volume: 30-750 ml
   • Filling precision: ≤ ± 1%
   • Filling speed: 25-30 cans/min
4. Semi-automatic adaptor pressing machine (on line)
   This machine can press the adaptors to the can after placing the adaptors on the cans manually.
   • Speed: 20-40 cans/min
5. Conveyor, ex-motor and packing table

6. Automatic control swaying machine
   This machine can set swaying times and stop automatically; it is used for swaying the cans to make the material dissolve quickly.

   This machine can purchase by customer selves or entrust us.
