Extrusion press Schuler X 250 for the production of collapsible aluminum tube

During overhaul, the press was equipped by Siemens S7 controller.

Features of new controller system.

1. Regulation of speed of the press.
2. Dynamic deceleration in the initial position depending on the speed of the press.
3. Pulse feeding of lubrication.
4. Alarm and blocking in case if a tube was not removed from the mandrel.
5. Automatic speed regulation and line control.
6. Counting the number of pieces produced by one shift
