The line produces collapsible tube from ABL or PBL laminate, sequentially making body of tube, then molding tube shoulders, then injecting them to tube body, and then applying protective foil to tube mouth and screwing caps.

Composition of the line:

  1. Laminate collapsible tube body production machine, model LME
  2. Tube shoulders and heads injection machine (header) combined with plastic cap screwing machine (capper), model TET.
  3. Optional unit of foiling of tube mouth
  4. Set of tooling for 1 size of tube  (diameter 25 mm, conic cap with hole 7,7 mm).

Used PSG laminate collapsible tube line

LMS is a fully automated high-tech laminate tube body welding machine. The machine welds the joints of the laminate strip into the tube using heat from the HF generator. The main processes are unwinding, joint welding and cutting of tubes. After the cutting process, the tubes are fed to a discharge conveyor and sent to the tube head soldering machine.

TET is a 10-station modular machine with a rotary indexing table for molding of plastic tube heads and shoulders with simultaneous injection them to the tube body and screwing the cap.

• Tube bodies can be produced using PBL or ABL laminate.

• The main material for tube heads and shoulders is granular plastic. For additional product protection, plastic insertions / protective layers or stripes can be added in the place of seams between tube body and tube shoulders.

 

TET machine molds plastic tube shoulders and heads of tubes and injects them to tube body. All mechanical movements are controlled by a cam disc. All important functions are monitored and regulated by an electronic control system.

The whole machine consists of several component blocks. The main component of the machine is a rotary table with 10 pressing tools. Each of these pressing tools consists of a die head with a pressing die that defines the outer shape of the tube head and the opening of their neck. The inner shape of the tube head is formed by a core.

The rotary table rotates 36 ° per working cycle. Each pressing tool goes through all 10 workstations.

Sequence of TET workstations / positions is the following:

1. Unloading.

2. Loading of tube bodies.

3. Dosing of raw materials.

4. Mold / interlock.

5. Cooling station I.

6. Cooling station II (or blocking regulator).

7. Cooling station III.

8. Opening / unscrewing

9. Sealing the upper part.
