The plastic material is entering the 3-layer extruder through the feed hopper into the cylinder is captured by the extruder screw, heated, melted and squeezed out of the annular head in the form of a tubular sleeve being in a substance of a homogeneous viscous mass. The tubular sleeve leaving the annular slot of the extrusion head is collected, compressed and sent to the cooling bath, then fed through the connecting tube to the pulling device, and then to the cutting device, where the sleeve is cut into tube blanks of the required length.
