There are two liquid filling heads seated on the working table, the liquid cylinder is made of material stainless steel 316. This machine is suitable for any kind of water based, oil based or alcohol based filling to aerosol cans.

There is a crimping head seated on the working table, it has the advantage of fast and reliable sealing to guarantee that there will not be any material or gas leakage caused by failure crimping.

Semiautomatic propellant filling machine QGB

There is a propellant filling head and a propellant metering system seated on the working table, this machine is used to fill propellant into crimped can through the core of aerosol valve, the propellant can be LPG, DME, N2, Co2, Ar. R134a, Freon HF and even compressed air. Additionally there is a boost pump inside the machine for liquefaction of propellant. The machine has outstanding feature about the filling accuracy.
